CC's celebrations for 地球周 will start Monday, April 22 (Earth Day), and run till Friday, 4月26日. We invite the community to engage in a week of learning, consciousness, and celebration!

Kick off 地球周 with the Office of 可持续性 and Residential Experience on your way to class. Stop by to learn more about all events happening during the week. We'll be handing out special edition 地球周 stickers for the first 100 folks who drop by.

Modern Farming Initiative Information Session

Linnemann Lecture

Timothy Linnemann, a Biology major at Colorado College and active member of the EnAct student group, tragically passed away in a car accident during a camping trip in southern Nevada in 1990. 在他的记忆中, his friends established a memorial garden on campus, and his family established the Timothy C. Linnemann Memorial Lecture on the Environment, held annually during 地球周, accompanied by a dinner bringing together students and faculty involved in environmental activities at the college.
Join us for this year's lecture by former Sierra Club President Ramón Cruz on The Movement for Climate Justice: Recent Successes, Threats and Urgency.

Get ready to reconnect with nature during 地球周 as Facilities Services and the Tree Advisory Committee invite you to join in planting trees and plants on campus. Enjoy lunch with us as a token of appreciation for your efforts, and snag an annual 植树节 T-shirt - this year designed by CC student Sydney Vine '24 (available while supplies last). Let's come together to enjoy a day of outdoor community engagement.
骄傲之外
主办: Outdoor Education, Arts & Crafts, and Bemis School of Arts
